I’ve been living here for a year and a half, and honestly, I would have moved out much earlier if I could.

For the past five months, we’ve been constantly charged for non-compliance with rental insurance, even though we have a valid policy on file and the manager has all the paperwork. Every month I’m forced to pay for insurance I don’t even need, and then I have to beg to get my money back. The manager always apologizes and promises it will be corrected the following month — but she has been saying the same thing for five months now.

On top of that, our rent was increased by 13% at the last renewal. If you have a dog, keep in mind the dog park is always dirty.

. just want to say how wonderful the maintenance team is. Mugabe and Paul are so wonderful and very nice and always there when you need them and the property manager is very sweet. And and Helpful. They keep the grounds beautiful. The apartment is beautiful.

I moved to central + oak about 8 months ago and i think i can leave a pretty solid review. The noise of the train passing by can be irritating especially when your mid conversation with anyone or especially when you’re at the dog park outside, but I’ve slowly gotten use to it. My main issue with the apartment complex is the parking. There’s barely parking on the premise for guests and that’s why I honestly hesitate using the amenities like the club house to host anything. Other than that, whenever I have any mechanical issues Paul has been super helpful and responsive. Definitely think twice if you’re a host person like me if you hate having the idea of your guests parking 3-4 blocks down just to find parking… let alone the weekends!
