A nice little oasis in a middle of a very busy intersection in Manhattan. Could be much better taking care of and monitored than it is now. The fountain is off or broken. Lots of loose garbage spread throughout. I actually witnessed a whole bunch of clothing, hung up on the benches to dry, which I can only assume was the contents of someone’s suitcase, which got wet. Could be much, much better. Needs to be cleaned up!
