Nice new playground & skate park. The playset is a little too high for small kids. There is also a tennis court, basketball court, picnic pavillion, 3 baseball diamonds and bathrooms. Neighbors that back up to the park have a rotwiler? that barks alot. Across the street from the parking lot there is a nice wooded trail that leads down to the creek (a bit steep-not good for strollers). There is also a second trail/access road on that same side of the road, just across the bridge that is wooded & wide – good for strollers/family walks and goes for a few miles along the creek. You can also get a neat view of some of the houses with unique architecture like the dome home.

This place is absolutely amazing, skatepark full of design and uniqueness the basketball courts are better than ever rims so good only 2% of shots go in, and keep in mind there is 2 RIMS! that makes it so safe and enjoyable especially for the kids. I would highly recommend lake dr park to anyone.!

Almost didn’t come here based on some of the reviews of it being poorly maintained. So glad we did! It has fresh mulch, new swings, and skating area looks new in places.
