Absolutely filthy, trash everywhere it’s absolutely disgusting how lazy people are. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF SO OTHERS CAN ENJOY.

I wish it was kept up a bit better. I’ve been here many times and like the general layout. The skate and bike park looks good and is almost always busy when I’m there. The beech area looks good and I’ve used it with the kids once or twice but it has always been surprisingly empty. The soccer fields were good enough last year except for people not picking up after their dogs at the end of the field by the gravel parking area. All in all it’s got great bones and potential but it looks kinda dumpy at times.

May 22, 2021 Visiting Lauter park on my visit to see my brother in Willimantic. Heard a lot of bird, only got pictures of a few. It was getting hot in the afternoon with high humidity. I loved every minute!

2020–Being at Lauter Park brought back childhood memories. The Waim Community Garden at the Park is great.
