Reasonably priced, great value, awesome location.
It’s a mom & pop place 25-30 min from great sand dunes national park. Some is a bit outdated but we ran into one of the owners in the morning who said they’re working on it.
It was a safe place to relax, clean with all the typical room amenities. Also nice to see a dog park and place to BBQ!

We had vehicle issues leaving the great sand dunes and had to make an emergency stop here . Rooms are not the best but we made due. Our AC was not cooling the room so we opened the window for some fresh breeze through the night . Staff was amazing and catered to all our needs and then some . Thanks for the help

Room was very hot.
We had air conditioner on and still hot.
Had to leave door and windows open for air.
Got barley any sleep.
Called the office at 5 am and had to leave a message.
There is no one at front desk until 9 am!
