Park is wonderful. Swam with my son and his kids.
Snack bar understaffed. Two young men on duty did a great job, just needed more staff.

We have stopped by the Center twice since summer, both times a great experience. The Center itself is FANTASTIC, I was proud to see my tax dollars at work through displays that blend fun and education.
There is a real bear skin 🧸 to touch, a live turtle 🐢, binoculars for birding right outside the window, picnic area, nature walk, fireplace surrounded with log furniture, activity room, and a play area for kids.
During Halloween season, the Center was decorated in a spooky fun way. The staff were friendly and eager to answer questions.
The grounds are also creatively designed and well maintained. Definitely recommend for all park visitors, there’s something for everyone. If you found this review helpful, please give it a like! 👍🏻
