Good size park, there are picnic tables, shelters, a disc golf course, etc. The lake is a great spot for bird watching. Someone told me there was waterfalls there, but we didn’t see any.
The Englewood Metro Park is a huge nature area full with trails, picnic spots, etc. It’s great for people who are wanting to walk or bike for exercise, and there are many areas to park your car. The park has many paved trails and some that are dirt. There are also handicap accessible bathrooms, though their cleanliness will vary. Pets are also welcome! I would highly recommend this metro park to anyone who enjoys a bit of nature!
