This is a peaceful little place with nice facilities for a reasonable price. Well worth the short jaunt from the interstate. It is so well cared for. Everything was clean, the toilet rooms actually had paper products, and the grass was mowed. Well done Shelby County!

This campground has 7 electrical hookups and some are pull through. There are 2 areas with playgrounds. Nice mowed trails. Not long trails, one whole loop was 1.2 miles. It is a 32 acre park that is very quiet and peaceful. Historical site thought to be the original Elk Horn settlement. Know to locals as “the Grove” and has stories of a horse thief being brought to justice. Only 5 minutes from Elk Horn the town, well worth a visit!
