Was very quiet and not hardly anyone around and not very much trash and playground equipment was in good clean shape

Beautiful place to watch sunrise and sunset. You can see downtown Parkersburg, WV, the Ohio River and Belpre Ohio. There’s a small playground for children. There’s bathrooms, but I’ve never seen them unlocked for people to use. It’s well maintained and clean!
