If you’re searching for a scenic and welcoming dog park in Malvern, Pennsylvania, Brightside Farm Park is a top choice for pet owners and outdoor enthusiasts alike. This spacious, pet-friendly destination features a paved 1-mile walking path, mowed grassy trails, and wide open areas perfect for dog-friendly hiking and nature observation. The park’s accessible design accomodates wheelchair users, with both the entrance and parking offering barrier-free access, making this a great spot for the whole family.
Brightside Farm Park stands out for its peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. Here, you’ll find benches for relaxing, convenient parking close to the trails, and supplied dog poop bag stations (though bringing your own spare is suggested, just in case). Well-loved by local residents for its beautiful views, opportunities for birding, and kid-friendly hikes, this Malvern park is a prime destination for enjoying the outdoors with your furry companion.
Nice local walking trail park/birding spot. Please pick up after your dogs if you use it.
We love walking at this farm-like-park. It offers two different directions for a nice long walk. Its never been crowded yet you’ll see other walkers/runners. The refreshing scenic view is vast and it has convenient parking right next to the start of paths.
Even in the winter with rain, or maybe because of it, the spot is worth the ride. A door into what was once all of this beautiful place of ours. Thank you! Big universe!!!
Mostly open 1 mile track. Not crowded so great for social distancing.
I love having a paved walking path so easily accessible and close to home! The paved path is about 1 mile, but there are mowed, unpaved paths you can wander along as well. Super appreciative of the supplied dog poop bags, but sometimes it’s good to bring your own as back up in case it runs out. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because there’s often poop (even on the paved path) that doesn’t get picked up. I wonder if it’s wildlife or just lazy dog owners😂 Speaking of wildlife, this little park is teeming with it. It’s a great spot to go if you just want to observe nature and there are even a few benches along the path you can rest on.
