I’m really worried about the dog problems in our neighborhood. We’re doing our best to keep our dogs on leashes or inside our property, but we’re still dealing with problems from other dogs that aren’t on leashes.

despite our efforts MOST IF NOT ALL OUR NEIGHBORS’ DOGS are running around freely and that’s not safe. One of these dogs lunged at my son, and another one bit me.

These dogs are also causing a lot of trash problems in our neighborhood. Animal control said they would do something about the dog that went after our son which mind you our son was on our property taking the trash to the end of our driveway for his pregnant mother because i am at work and we dont dare put the trash out until the trash man drives by so the trash truck can pick it up with out the animals tearing it apart but animal control never reached back out to us they never even took time to genuinely hear out our complaints. those dogs are still roaming around the neighborhood in fact weve never seen animal control drive around until most recently to give us a warning about our dogs whom were contained the onlything I can think is the neighbor called animal control and somehow managed to get through to a live person to make a complaint but when animal control showed up they ignored the dogs out on the street when they were clearly barking and out in the open That’s really upsetting and our dogs were tied up or clearly in our house . What’s worse is that Animal Control often fails to answer their phones, which makes it even harder to report these issues and get them resolved. BTW the neighbors motive for calling animal control would be that I told them to please contain their dogs and they cussed at us.

Animal control needs to be more consistent and less bias in their approach.

The trash problem in our neighborhood is getting really bad because of these dogs. If we don’t do something soon, my next review I type will be a proposition for our neighbor hood to be the new dumping grounds.

We need to do something about this right away. We need to make sure everyone is taking care of their dogs properly. This is important for keeping our neighborhood clean and safe. I hope this can be addressed soon.
