Although our experience was something out of a story book and will probably never happen again, I will forever be drawn to this particular land and business. The place is beyond accommodating to all likes of outdoorsy minded individuals. The perfect balance of accessibility, comfort, and rugged living. The area is dreamy and so freeing. Wild life and wonders all around. A sky worth dying for!
We had very frustrating situations to overcome with other humans throughout our trip and my emotions were at their peak… We showed up to this campground, to be immediately greeted, by who you can tell off the rip, is one of the rarest forms of people this planet is fortunate enough to home!
If you get the chance to sit down with the host Albert and have a conversation, your experience in not only the campground, but also in all of life’s aspects will be significantly amplified. That man made me feel like I was exactly where I needed to be.. almost as if the universe knew I needed to be present with him in those moments he shared with us… If you get the chance to get him and his wonderfully beautiful wife Betty together, you will never want to leave! The charm of the entire environment is something I believe everyone needs to embrace at least once in their life.

We had an absolutely amazing time with two adults and our five year old. Our little one was celebrating a birthday and Albert and Betty went above and beyond to make sure it was a good time. Everything about the property was well-maintained, and even the makeshift splash pad was a hit with our kid. If I had cause to be in the area again I’d stay here again without hesitation.
