Very nice place only thing there is small openings along the bottom of the fence a dog can slip under just be careful if ur dog is sneaky and will run my dog checked them spots out a couple times and had to run over and get him away from them. Other than that very clean place and also has water bowls and complimentary cooler for owners didn’t look inside. Also a nice pavilion like space to sit under shade. Again very happy to have somewhere now to let my dog run around also interested in volunteering for any help or donating what I can.

It’s an okay but lots of trash laying around it. The bridge down behind to go to the baseball field and track it’s done very nice. The bridge has strings of lights and all the bulbs are missing. Also the place to sit and relax the flower beds is all over grown with weeds and poison ivy. It’s not up to par. They should also build a little box with door to have books for people to sit and enjoy the place. Also should have a small shed to have a food pantry for the town people.

The park has a large fenced in area for medium to large dogs that has shade trees, benches, and picnic tables. There is a separate area for smaller dogs, however, after a heavy rain, this side of the park has a large standing pond of water in the middle. Hopefully they will re-grade the ground and the water will not be an issue because I cannot take my dog into that area for a few days after a rain storm.
