This is a great dog park to take your dog and let them play with the other dogs or just with you, while having a large open space for them to stretch their legs. It also has a walking trail to you to get some steps in as well 😄.
A decent park. Came here because the City Park Dog Park was closed. Huge amount of space for dogs to play, but my goodness…don’t try to leave while soccer stuff is getting out. We sat in traffic to leave the park for 20 minutes.
Best dog park in Baton Rouge. The dogs and the people are very nice too.
We absolutely love this park for our girls. It is so well maintained. I love the areas for small dogs and large dogs, even a pond for those that love the water. Has a washing station to clean up after.
Very clean, well kept dog park! The small dog area is fairly large and the large dog area is an expanse long and wide enough to wind the larger dogs. There’s wash and water stations, so be sure you bring a bowl. Looks like other pet owners are good about picking up after their dogs. Baggies are provided if you forget to bring yours. There’s even covered sitting areas which I was very grateful for. The areas as grassy. Mondays, it’s closed for maintenence and to rest the grounds. My dog was skittish at first, but seemed to enjoy it by the time we left.
