I have lived here for about 5 years. Franklin Park Apartments is great. It is clean and safe; the neighborhood it’s in is too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to raise children. There is a pool and swings. Lots of open space for children to play. A few parks are within walking distance. We love it here.
Tracy in the Leasing Office is exceptional! She consistently answers the phone (surprisingly rare based on my experience calling many other apartments) and truly goes out of her way to help. When I stopped by without scheduling a tour, despite having a packed schedule, she still found time to show me an apartment without delaying her next appointment. Later, during my scheduled tour, Tracy was ready to go right on time, well-prepared, and answered all of my questions.
Walking the property, it was clear she genuinely cares about the residents – she greeted many of them by name! She’s professional, attentive, and really takes the time to listen. I’ve rarely felt so valued by someone in a leasing office.

However, one thing could have been better-not allowing smoking in the premises and have dedicated area. Had to tolerate someone smoking always in the first floor balcony which resulted in no AC when they smoke and couldn’t use my second floor balcony!
I recently began renting a one-bedroom apartment here. Leasing agent Tracey is really a gem of a person, she provided exceptional customer service, guiding me through the entire process. She even stayed up late to assist with the rental for me and made the lease signing quick and efficient. Management should seriously consider giving her a promotion or a raise. The apartment is in an excellent location, surrounded by nature, and has a vibrant community. I’m eagerly looking forward to living here!
