We rented a cabin we loved staying there very cute and cozy , we had our grandson from Colorado, who is 10, and other family members stay and we all had the best time, He went swimming and really enjoyed it, he loves to fish and caught some bass that made his adventure even better! We did it all! we will definitely come back. The camping is also great as we had family members camping and they also loved it and said they would be back, lots of memories so much fun. The host was also very friendly and very accommodating thank you!!

Tent camping was wonderful here! Clean bathrooms, not too far of a walk either. View was spectacular. Not too busy of a campground which makes for quiet, serene mornings. Nice size spots and was able to find and pay for a spot on a Friday evening without any trouble. Disc golf course was too tight to the water and very challenging. We play a lot and would enjoy this as a challenge course, but not a leisurely or kid-friendly course. Overall was shocked with how nice and quiet the entire park felt. We plan to be back, and have told quite a few friends that they should enjoy the park as well.

A beautiful county park. We stayed in a cabin. It was very nice inside beautiful wood. We loved the covered porch and spent many hours there visiting with friends. There was almost always a breeze and we overlooked the lake. We went kayaking. There does seem to be quite a bit of tangled weeds in the water. There is also a lovely nature center especially fun for kids. Some trails to walk. Very relaxing except the bed wasn’t too comfortable.
