Reasonably clean, the washer I used had o have the quarters almost tossed in to register. I didn’t use a dryer.
Bonus points for a laundry sink and a restroom.
Points off to Wi-Fi password not working. PLEASE SPELL IT OUT IN CAPITAL AND REGULAR LETTERS. Thanks

Overall the place was clean and there were plenty of washers and dryers. I took one star off because there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The second star because one of the machines took about NULL worth of my quarters and then wouldn’t accept anymore after trying repeatedly for 10 minutes.

Lots of broken/down machines. Dryers make clothes smell burnt.
Quarter machines are a gamble.
This place seems to be abandoned by owners. I witnessed an elderly gentleman try to get the washer to stop spinning for 2 hours. He tried contacting a manager the entire time. No one ever came to help or called him back. I now drive all the way into ft Collins to do my laundry.

Honestly I have been going to a local competition, but that has been a mistake. This place is VERY clean! The prices I believe are just rite. Good variety in machines, but could use maybe two more giant machines (especially since the only super machine was out of order). There is also a NULL dog wash machine which is an amazing way to be productive. Would have given 5 star if the advertised air conditioning was actually working.

Clean, affordable and the owners are so nice, they are in doing maintenence every week they will give you back quarters and show you hows things work. Currently the rates are 1.75 per wash (washers are on smaller side) .25 per 6 minutes on dryers (dryers are huge). The bathroom looks a bathroom in a 4 star hotel, very cool.
