Nice bball fields. Quiet walking trail.
It’s a great jumping off point to ride the CVNT.
Excellent place to reserve for a get-together. Nice park, plenty of open fields, baseball field, and secluded. We’ll definitely consider reserving again.
Awesome Park! Love the bench swing under the tree! Has great equipment, ball diamonds, volleyball pit, and basketball court!! It also has a great entrance to get on the trail! It is a Beautiful Park altogether!! The only thing that it is missing. Is soccer nets! My children and I love Troy Park. However, my daughter lives for soccer and when we found no net’s there. We had to go somewhere else. All the field area that is there. It would be great to utilize some of it for the kiddos that love soccer!! Other then that. Troy Park is a wonderful Park!! 😊 South Troy Park is Convenient, Beautiful, Well Kept, and Wonderful to spend time at with family and friends!
This park is an amazing place to go! They have great playground equipment and many different facilities to choose from. Such as the sand volleyball court and basketball court. The ball diamonds and the pavilions are very clean and comfortable as well. I also love the swing that they have over by the playground equipment under the shaded tree. That is very, very lovely!
I have gone there a few different times for lunch with a friend and it has been a great place to go!
My son and I also enjoy playing Pokémon Go and enjoy the fact that the park has decided to be a part of that and we can enjoy being there along with playing and walking with Pokémon Go!
The only thing I suggest is to get soccer nets for kids. My daughter is a huge lover of soccer and plays in many different leagues and when we went to find a place to practice. Troy was the 1st park we chose. However, unfortunately there were no soccer nets to practice with and we had to go down to the next park in Hiawatha.
There are 3 ball diamonds. But no soccer nets in the park. There is so much area and it would be great to see some of that area have soccer nets as a choice along with all the other facilities you have for outside activities. Troy Park has been a great park for my children and I to go to! My daughter and I want to be able to always choose Troy Park! Thank you!
