The bridge is in and it is beautiful! The trail is good to go all the way Meadville to Conneaut Lake and back! We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful, well-maintained trail that keeps growing and getting better with time and energetic volunteers 🚲🥾📷🦆🦅🦉
Love this connector to the paved portion of the trail and to the extension. Currently you have to walk/ bike/ hike up the road to get to the unpaved extension through the game lands heading toward Conneaut lake, but it isn’t far and the road is not well traveled so it is possible to walk.
Good access to the Ernst Bike Trail at its furthest point from Meadville.
It’s beautiful but need to do some maintenance on the trail. The trail needs turned up the moss is very slippery and older folks could fall. That’s my only complain. If your looking for wildlife to photograph this is the place to be.
This is the more unused trailhead parking. The trail that connects with the main Bean trailhead to Krider trailhead is not paved but is a good solid gravel. It also runs through a nice cool stretch of woods.
Nice trail, not too busy. Paved parts are nice and smooth, but the gravel parts are fun too. Good beginner trail
