While there is no dedicated fenced dog area, leashed dogs are welcome throughout the park. Benches and pavilions are available for those who wish to sit and enjoy the views. The park is also noted for being clean and regularly maintained, though it is not maintained in the winter, so plan accordingly. Good paved road, it’s a “there and back” path, but does lead to a back road you could continue walking on. It’s about a 2.2 mile round walk.
Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Kids loved it. Nice place to bring leashed dogs. Not too busy. Over all loved the experience.
