We took my dog here after a recommended from a family member who also had a great experience. We had been with the same vet practice for 25 years so it was not an easy move for us but we were so glad we did. Dr Hai was incredibly thoughtful and kind towards our high stress dog. He made a diagnosis for something we didn’t come in for (badly broken teeth) but had explained behavioral changes we were seeing over the last few months. The office quickly got her into surgery and I was updated lby the staff during the procedure and they checked on us the following day. The staff were attentive and thorough and Dr Hai made us feel like he was truly assessing and treating our dog’s health concerns. Highly recommend!

My cat came down with a fever after we came back from a trip and we gave them a call an hour before they were supposed to close and they were extremely helpful in explaining our options and upfront about pricing on the phone when we asked. We wanted her to have the best care but did not know how to navigate the situation- they clarified for us and offered an appointment that night.

We love our cat so much (to the point we would do anything for her if she needed) and we were very nervous as she had gone days without eating. They understood our stress and took us seriously (as any vet should) without taking advantage of our situation. They were honest about which treatment options would benefit our situation and which ones we could potentially do down the line if she continues to run a fever. Thankfully what they suggested seemed to work very well so far and she is recovering. The staff was extremely kind and I am impressed with their communication and thoroughness to answer questions and support us through this time. They have been very consistent with following up and making sure our kitty is doing better. Very reasonable price for emergency vet service, and we would go back in a heartbeat if my kitty needed care again!

We have been going to Roosevelt to see Dr. Hai for our cat Max for a few months now. The absolute best care I have ever seen at a veterinary office. They have always been accommodating with getting him in for an appointment, and actually cares about our little moo moo man. I highly recommend Roosevelt! Thank you Dr. Hai!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my cat received at Roosevelt Veterinary Clinic. We found ourselves in a panic when we discovered a tick lodged on my cat’s actual eyeball—yes, the eyeball (see picture). After calling numerous vets between our home and Roosevelt, we were starting to feel helpless. Many wouldn’t see my cat that day (too close to closing time on a Friday), quoted outrageous fees, or insisted on sedation for such an urgent issue as a tick on her eye.

Finally, we stumbled upon Roosevelt Veterinary, and I’m so thankful we did! Dr. Allison Glassman was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, friendly, and understanding of our anxiety. Dr. Glassman approached the tricky situation with such care and expertise, managing to remove the tick without sedation in a mere two minutes. Remarkably, my cat was actually purring throughout the procedure!

What truly stood out was the compassion and urgency they showed—something I hadn’t experienced with other vets who wanted us to wait a couple of days. Roosevelt Veterinary not only made us feel like family, but they also provided affordable care when many others were looking to take advantage of the situation. Instead of feeling like I was making a mortgage payment, I received excellent service at a fantastic price.

I recently switched to Roosevelt Veterinary Center and I have been very happy with the doctors, and staff. The staff is very professional and have always been very helpful with answering questions and having the doctors get back to me in a timely manner to answers questions. Dr. Glassman and Dr. Langana would always check back with me to see how my pets were doing after surgical procedure and when one of my pets was recovering from an infected wound. They have always been very accommodating to fitting me in for last minutes appointments. I highly recommend Roosevelt Veterinary Center
