We went shopping for food. I have a 9 week old very small puppy. They were all very helpful but the owner really helped me. I was telling my vet at the puppies check up that i went to Millville Pet shop to get her diet needs. My vet said she was very knowledgeable so I guess this means Millville Pet Shop is Vet Approved. Thank you all, my puppy loves her Verus chicken and rice pate.

I had a wonderful experience with dog grooming! My pup typically has a lot of anxiety but she left relaxed and happy! They were efficient and did an amazing job with her

Unfortunately, this place doesn’t seem to care about small animals. They keep goldfish in a filthy fish tank, and we were horrified to see domestic rats kept in a 20gal long tank. (If you don’t know- rats should NEVER be kept in glass aquariums due to ammonia buildup. They have sensitive respiratory systems and can develop URIs extremely quickly. It’s also simply not enough space. The cockatiels were kept in a cage far too small as well. It really breaks my heart to see a pet store, which positions itself as an expert in animal care, be so horrifically neglectful. In many countries that take animal welfare seriously, IE Germany, the people in charge of this store would be jailed. Small animals deserve better than this. Shame on this store.
Edit to add: I implore the owners to do the right thing and do proper research. It doesn’t have to be this way.

My dog does not like his feet touched, therefore, trimming his nails is an hour long adventure of bribing him with treats while attempting to clip a nail while he’s not looking. Well this business came highly recommend by a friend of mine with a psychic pup so I figured I give them a shot. Tell you what, they were super friendly and we were in, done and rescheduled in less than 20 minutes despite my 68lbs dog trying to wrestle himself away from the lady that may only be 70lbs herself soaking wet. Check them out. They were sweet, friendly and patient with all of us.

LOVE this pet store! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are WAY lower than the chain pet stores. They have a wide variety to chose from and are friendly, always taking the time to answer any questions you have about products. They also have ( in a Separate building) a wonderful grooming salon where you can stop in most mornings to get your pets nails cut for a small fee. We found a tiny two week old kitten, and they helped me get all set up with feeding bottles and kitten milk. They have a huge supply of cat and dog food, toys, cleaning products and anything you might need to keep your pet happy and healthy! My pets thank them!
