I went here with my younger sister and her boyfriend and my cousins and we played softball (well, just hit them and then went and picked them up as I can’t run well anymore due to injuries) and then I watched all them play basketball and we had a fun time…….I think it’s awesome that a place has a park so the young have a place to go and have fun as well as families to hang out
Been coming to Henager Park since I was a child for many different events. Took my children now my grandchildren. Was there today for my granddaughter’s baby gender reveal party.. Many wonderful times spent here.. Always enjoy time with my family and friends!!!!
It’s a nice city park. I took my nieces there to play for a few hours. They enjoyed the little stream there, as well as the swings. There’s a covered pavilion to sit under if you want to sit out of the sun while they play, but there’re also some metal benches near the stream as well as a couple of wooden swings.
Visited Henagar Park tonight to walk the path through to see all the beautiful Christmas trees and lights. It is one of the nicest displays around. I highly recommend checking it out. Well done, Henagar!!
Great little park! We had a blast as you can see! Equipment is in great shape, it’s clean and feels safe. Covered tables are available as well for picnics, birthdays etc!
