Dog park has been here a while now and seems to make slow and steady improvements. Like it used to be muddy from the gate to the shade structure but they recently put in a sidewalk on the big dog side. I think the little dog side has had a sidewalk for a while? City does a great job keeping it mowed and kept up. Sometimes people don’t pick up after their dogs, but I’ve seen other people pick up more than their fair share, so it seems to even out.

Incredible ball diamonds (wish I was 40 years younger); a challenging 9 basket disc golf course; a local sculpture path/walk; well placed restrooms and very well maintained large/small dog park. Good job, Newton!!

Only Dog Park in Newton. Usually quite a few dogs playing here, but rarely is it too many. Good place to just hang out with your Pooches. It is large and there are to sides for the dogs. One for the smaller guys and one for the Big.

Dixie and Maverick both love coming here with us. Gives her more room to run and retrieve the toys we bring with us. There are toys already on the property along with a huge pavilion to sit under. There’s a larger dog run and a smaller dog run.
