Riviera Bay Park is a beautifully maintained neighborhood park located in northeast St. Petersburg, Florida. Nestled at 8131 Macoma Dr NE, this park offers a peaceful and clean environment with open grassy areas perfect for dog-friendly walks and relaxing afternoons. While it is a smaller park, its charm lies in its quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings, making it a hidden gem for dog owners and families alike.
The park features trails for pet-friendly strolls, benches for owners to relax, and plenty of shade from mature trees. Facilities such as restrooms and seating areas are available, and the grounds are known for being tidy and well-kept. While there isn’t a dedicated fenced-in dog run, the park’s open space and dog-friendly policy make it a popular spot for locals looking for a convenient place to walk their dogs and enjoy the outdoors.
Nice park I came here to relax while on lunch break! As well as fly my drone.
Lovely park and well maintained, but for the love of all things holy, WHY is this installation parked in the grass in the park?! At first glance I thought there was a mountain lion loose! Scared the dog, shocked me…whew!
Beautiful neighborhood park that opened after Rio Vista Elementary was closed in 2009. There is something for everyone, at every age here from young toddler to senior citizen.
There is a lovely modern playground, workout gym area with overed shade tenting.
Tennis courts, basketball court, fields for playing Soccer and bathroom facilities also available at the park. Perfect outing for the family with all ages.
This huge open play area has a lot to offer, for you as well as for your kiddos. The equipment in the play area appears in great shape and size.
Plus, you can find swings for all ages and I’m pretty sure your child is gonna LOVE it.
The open gym next to the play area is where you can workout while keeping an eye on your kids. I don’t recommend leaving small babies unsupervised if they are too young.
Hygiene and cleanliness everywhere around the play area is been very well taken care of.
Moreover, the seating areas with sheds, a tennis court, basketball court, and a trail is everything you can ask for. Although, the parking space is a little too small, Accessible parking is available too.
Restrooms located for public use.
I am so glad I found this amazing place for myself and my kiddo.
