My favorite park in the area! The trails are beautiful and everything is maintained nicely.
Very nice, well kept park and playground. We stopped in for the kids to get some energy out and they really enjoyed it. The playground had swings, slides, climbing equipment and more. There were also picnic tables several pavilions. We really enjoyed it here.
What a great park! We stopped by to let our toddler get some energy out and enjoy some running around between long car rides for our road trip east from Chicago — she enjoyed all of the fun equipment to play on! There’s a big kid and toddler section with slides, climbing walls, musical stuff, a balance beam, and other things. More than most and on a nice new landscaped surface!!!
It is a quiet and lovely park. It is well kept. A good place to walk, jog or run. Even in winter, the walking path was clear.
My new favorite park. Took my 6 year old twins there today and they loved all the jungle gym style equipment to play on. They have clean and well serviced restrooms that were open and even a contact number if there was a problem. The pavilion was in use so didn’t check it out but looked like it had water and electrical connections. About the only thing one could wish for was a really good splash pad and they have room to add one or a dozen if the city so decides. Hint-hint Big Flats.
