I like that they have separate playground for big and small dogs. I have two small dogs, one is mini schnauzer and a terrier mix. Both of them love coming here to play. There are lots of huge dogs on the other side, which is really scary if combined with small dogs.
Owners didn’t clean up their Dalmatians waste.
A group of owners were congregating by the gate area vaping either nicotine or marijuana right in front of the town ordinance sign.
Not a welcoming place.
Nice, fenced park with trees for shade (when they have leaves). L-shaped, with a bit of hillside. Ground cover is dirt with some grass – definitely got muddy on the day that we visited.
Patio blocks around the entrance and bubblers keeps the entrance and drinking spots a bit cleaner.
Water, bags, and trash all available.
Wonderful medium to large sized Dog Park on the west side of Cromwell. There are 25 large trees that offer cooling shade In the hot summer and add charm to this Park. The water fountains and toys are in great working condition. BONUS ALERT: there is a beautiful hiking trail that circles the dog park for some added scenery in the woods.
The fenced in dog park is nice. Separate areas for big n small dogs. Lots of shade and some grass left.
There is also a nice up hill walking trail that starts on either side of the fenced in area. Its a short loop hike with nice views at the top.
