Located near Pistol Creek, the Berlin Dog Park is a popular dog park in Berlin, Connecticut, offering a safe and enjoyable off-leash experience for dogs of all sizes. This fenced-in area allows dogs to run, play, and socialize freely, making it an ideal spot for local dog owners and travelers alike. The park’s wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot also make it inclusive for everyone.
The park is surrounded by grassy areas and a few muddy patches after rainfall, so make sure to bring a towel if your pup loves puddles! There is convenient parking nearby, though visitors should note the dog park can be tricky to find—look for the wooden sign and cross the street from the Pistol Creek parking lot. While there’s a trash can just outside the fenced area, owners should plan to bring their own water and waste bags as these amenities are not provided.
Cute dog park located in pistol creek. Only thing it’s missing is some benches and water for the dogs!
Great place where you can let your dog off leash in a fenced in area
Stopped by while driving from Maine to Pennsylvania. Large park but if you are not familiar with the area, not too easy to find. Surprisingly Sunday mid day there was no dogs. Also a little muddy.
This is my first time coming to this dog park it is only one side it is not separate. It is pretty decent size there is a parking lot for pistol Creek you have to cross the street and when you see the wooden sign you take a right and it’s down that path I had trouble finding it so this is why I am giving hints on where it is. It is definitely a nice dog park I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you have not already your dogs will love it.
Park is located across the street and down the path from the parking lot indicated by Google Maps.
Large park space, although it’s only one space (no separate section for small dogs). Mostly grass, although there seems to be a fairly deep mud puddle starting.
No bags, so bring your own.
There is a trash can just outside the park space. The only seating is a bench outside the park, nothing inside — and no shade at all, so it is likely to be hot during the summer.
