If you are looking for a spacious dog park in Garden City, Kansas, Garden City Dog Park is a must-visit destination for you and your furry friend! Conveniently located at 2186 E Fulton St, this park features a large, securely fenced area so dogs can play, run, and socialize off-leash. The park offers plenty of room for energetic dogs to burn off steam, and it’s a favorite stop for travelers seeking a clean, well-maintained place for their dogs to stretch their legs.
Unique to this dog park, you’ll find separate spaces for small/aggressive dogs and large social dogs, making it easy to find the right playgroup for your pet. Owners can relax at provided picnic tables, and the park is known for its interactive play areas and obstacles that keep dogs entertained. While shade could be improved, the overall atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Garden City Dog Park is a great spot to introduce your pup to new canine pals or to get them acclimated to a social, active environment.
Stopped here while traveling. Thursday morning was empty so had all the space for one dog. Excellent size park for running and playing but needs more trees for shade.
Clean, easy to get to. I was traveling through and it was a good place for my dog to get to stretch her legs both going and coming back.
Huge gated space with lots of interactive play areas and obstacles! Winnie loved it!
Love this place!!! My husky Sapphire loves to come here and socialize with other dogs and run around. They have a smaller pen for small or aggressive dogs and a large pen for large social dogs. If you have a small social dog it can play with the large dogs as long as it doesn’t mind being chased a little. Most dogs I see here are well behaved and good with others and the owners are cool to talk to. It’s a great place for them to burn off their energy and run around with plenty of room. Recommend this if you want to introduce your dog to get more comfortable around others. Would be nice to have some obstacles for the dogs to train on. Other than that it is a great way to keep your energetic doggies happy. 🙂
Great place to take large social dogs. My dog loves to run around and exercise with other dogs.
The only thing I do not like is the big bush in the corner. My dog is always pulling out long dead birds.
