Used to fish there as a teenager. Moved to PA for a while….upon returning it was nice to see the renovations that took place. Good little fishing spot- when you get it right

This is where I tried magnet fishing for the first time. Nice and quiet there. Obviously you have the road there but that is fine. Great place!

Discovered this park making a wrong turn . A little gem indeed . Multiple tributes to Veterans give this park a true “1776” Americana feeling. Several benches scattered alongside a pond that is frequented by illegal migrants (Canadian Geese). Some dark history also associated with it as a lynching site in the late 1800’s. Restrooms on site and multiple book nook mini libraries for the outdoorsy avid bookworm
