Great mountain biking, flowy trails and jumps. Also there is a review written about google maps not giving correct directions. If you want to get to the parking area go down to the end of Colburn Drive.

Place is beautiful, clean, and easily accessible. There is bow hunting allowed close to trails Which is worrisome if you are walking your dog but also is nice if you are a hunter. There is a dense population of wildlife and calming.

CLOSED if you follow Google maps you will enter a student housing area surrounded by a strong fence. No access to Piney Knoll Conservation Area if it still exists. Typical of Google Maps – based on five to six year old photos and info. Area may be accessibile by hiking along river but I have no idea where to start.
