It’s a 5 star park when you can get in there. Unfortunately the state seems to have allowed a tubing company to take over the park. We tried to go to the park on Saturday afternoon gate was locked. Hope you don’t have to rent a tube to use our state park

Pretty spot. Very quiet with beautiful views. Prime hiking, walking or dog walking. The trails snake around vast wheat fields. Lots of parking. No water or bathrooms on site. No garbage. Carry in carry out.
