Lawlor Ridgeback Mix

Many sticker plants in the dog park during October. Especially at the far end of the large dog area. Tread carefully or you’ll be pulling a lot out of your dog’s feet.

Two separate areas, about an acre for small dogs and two or three acres for larger dogs. Benches and other seating. Some obstacles and of course a fake fire hydrant.
There are water fountains in both sections of the park but they are off from time to time so consider bringing your own water.

Heritage Park Dog Park is good overall—seems like it’s still under construction, so it might get better over time. It’s clean, which is a big plus, and there are a few shaded spots with benches where you can sit and relax. My puppy has a blast every time we go, so it’s definitely a win in his book!

Back and running after the tornado. Perfect place to take fur faces. All dogs we’ve encountered have all been friendly. Plenty of space for them to run and play.

Decent area but not that much dog traffic, it’s lonely for the pups.
