Great walking trails, tennis, and a great playground. Great park!!! To enjoy nature. Restrooms are well maintained and there’s a jogging area by the soccer fields. Very quiet and peaceful tucked away on Mint Hill, Nc. There is even a memorial area for the veterans who deserve our respect and thanks for their service to this country.

A cute park near Plaza Midwood with plenty of fun for all ages! The splash pad is definitely a great addition to this park. There is plenty of parking and it is an easy find right off of Central Avenue.

So much variety packed into a pretty small park but it fits well. The kids area with Spray-ground is close to parking and bathrooms for easy family access. Ball fields, tennis courts, and a short but tricky fun 9-hole disc golf layout. Park size limits walking paths, but I think you could get a half mile going around the edge.

I’ve been taking my son to this park for over 2 years but it’s become increasingly hard to enjoy it. Dog poop EVERYWHERE! You can’t even play in the grass for soccer or anything because there is dog poop all over the place. Sidewalks and grass. It’s turned into one giant DOG PARK! Dogs of all sizes running around off leashes. It’s insane. There needs to be better signage for keeping dogs OFF the fields and there needs to be penalties for folks on the field with their pets and off leashes. Children can’t even enjoy the park. I can’t enjoy a walk for fear of someone’s dog possibly attacking me. Dogs on TOP of picnic tables where people EAT. Ugh. Fair warning, I am not responsible for what happens to your dog if it approaches me while off the leash! My ONLY warning. Mecklenburg Parks and Recs, PLEASE fix this issue!

Good park for children. Also good place to shoot hoops, exercise, spray park for, not just the kids adults can cool off too! Tennis courts. Baseball field good for walking around if not occupied. Nice place to have picnics.
