I have been dealing with Ray Hofmann at Certified Service Shop for years, and found him to be the BEST service for our Electrolux Vacuums. I was in there today as our house keeper had a problem with the carpet cleaner. Ray looked at it and saw immediately that the nozzle tips had burned out and he replaced the nozzle for NULL parts & labor. I then asked what I could use to clean the dog hair out of my car carpeting and he sold me a small powerful nozzle for NULL that works wonders! For the 1st time since we got the Chrlyser Sequoia in July has the carpet been clean! The car was services could never clean it. I highly recommend Certified Service Shop!
