I absolutely love Lake Woodruff Wildlife refuge. I am able to go quite often. On Sunday’s I have walked with Roger and other birders. I have seen millions of tree swallows come in to roost for the night. I have seen the snow geese wintering. I have gathered my thoughts in the quiet solitude that is that place.
I do not want to see The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, make another disgusting mistake and open this Refuge up to more hunting and fishing. In a refuge the animals and people are kept safe, it’s the very meaning of the bloody word!
