Just moved to the area. I needed a new local dog park to go to and this park didn’t show up for me. The main area is a beautiful well maintained baseball field, basketball court, small skate area, and picnic area. If you drive around past the baseball field, there is an actual dog park. Fully fenced in large and small dog park. Doesn’t seem very busy but the few people I’ve met here are very nice!
In town for a baseball tournament. Enjoyed our visit to Frank Robinson Field at Ross Park. So glad this field honors such a great ball player. Turf field, bleacher seats. Very little shade. Covered picnic area. Needs a little TLC.
I like it. The dog owners are a bit pushy. I keep our dog separate….park is clean. Some kids are left unattended so I have had to help them when the parents do not care. One boy was special needs and tried to clone a fence to the highway. I stopped him . At this point I went and asked 11 humans if it was their kid. Probably should have called the police. The kid could not even communicate. Sooooo if I can not go to a park and relax .. I might not come back. Humans WATCH YOUR CHILDREN 🥰
Two playgrounds at this park for kids. One is uphill. Lower one down the hill has a sweet merry-go-round, a working metal keyboard piano, covered seating, and a port-o-pottie. I don’t see a water fountain at the lower playground.
On the edge of Saint Bernard skirted by I-75, this park surprises with its beautiful baseball diamond named after former Reds great, Frank Robinson. The field also serves as the home field for Roger Bacon baseball. Restrooms are beyond the main field and parking lot by the secondary diamond.
