Located in Sheffield, Pennsylvania, the Sheffield Baseball Field – 60’ is a scenic community space offering a relaxed and family-friendly environment. Though it is primarily a baseball and t-ball complex, it doubles as a pet-friendly haven with access to local walking trails and proximity to the Tionesta River, making it an excellent destination for dog owners seeking dog-friendly hiking or riverside walks. The park features several open areas for strolls, as well as a tranquil stream where dogs can cool off and play in the water.
This versatile park provides both recreational opportunities for sports and outdoor enjoyment for families and their pets. While it is not a designated fenced dog park, the beautiful natural surroundings, shaded spots, and the opportunity to explore connected trails offer a unique experience for those looking to enjoy nature with their four-legged companions in Warren County. On-site amenities include a small pavilion, recently renovated bathrooms (availability may depend on season and maintenance), limited parking, and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere for picnics or relaxing by the river.
Beautiful place to take your dog on a walk. There is a trail by the Tionesta River.
3 stars for now. This is a baseball field and a t-ball field behind it. Some walking trails and the crick and a small pavilion. Bathrooms available if there unlocked but have no light bulbs in them. Parents not the township whose supposed to maintain it have done tremendous amount of work to get the ball field up to par. Still nice place to play ball just needs to be taken care of better.
Tionesta trail good place to walk dog
Two nice fields.. bathrooms are clean and newly painted..and are a nice size
Great place for kids to hit the ball and play an American pastime all in a fenced in area. Great.!
