Really cute playground nestled in the mountains. There is a small fence around it but there are openings. There’s a big kid area and a toddler area with a sand pit. There is a tire swing. Lots of things to climb, slide and balance on.
This is the nicest, coolest park I have ever been to. We were traveling through on vacation and stopped to let the kids burn off some energy. This park has everything a kid could want. They have different sections for different age groups. The tree house has a large hard wood tree actually growing through it. I am super jealous of the people of Georgetown and the surrounding area!
Possibly the best park for young kids in all of Colorado. Surrounded by mountains with that small-town feel.
Great little park. We stopped on our way to the Georgetown railroad to let our son burn some energy before the ride and were so happy we did. Great play structures, a gazebo, picnic tables, outhouses, and grass to run around.
Such a gem of a small town park. Not often you stumble upon such a well maintained Leathers & Assoc. playground in colorado. These playgrounds are packed full of features and super fun to explore. They feel like a giant maze sometimes. I love how this one blends in with the surrounding architecture. Come in the fall and soak in the beauty of the changing colors.
