Music on Thursday nights in the summer from Wappingers Recreation Department. Nice setting. Saw South Dutchess Orchestra. 79 piece band playing familiar show tunes and a variety of enjoyable music.

Great experience lots to see lots to do with the food being tasty and fun but the campfire roasted marshmallow shake i got from NY soda jerks was the topper of the night. Can’t wait for next encounter. Oh and the fireworks 🎆 were very nice

A lovely park with a war memorial which is not overly maudlin, tastefully proportioned and positioned. What is mystifying though is that most of the many people who come here mourning lost veterans are eager to make more of them through endless foreign engagements.
