I have written a review awhile back about the lawn care. These past few months a new landscapping crew is here. The grounds are looking beautiful and they are very professional. I am so glad Village Park has hired this company. The grounds went from looking like a disaster to being able to sit outside and enjoying the beautiful landscapping now.
I have been living at Village Park Apartments since May and I must say, anytime we have a maintenance need it is always taken care of. We recently had our shower/plumbing repaired by Steve. He was super efficient, the job was beautifully done and they worked with us as far as scheduling on a day that worked for me. Thank you for a job well done! Thank you Rosa for always working with us when it comes to our apartment needs/ concerns. Highly recommended!
I wish I could’ve gave 0 stars! Maintenance team is TERRIBLE! They half a** their jobs and never fix anything correctly. Apartments have infestation of rodents and property manager and maintenance staff basically say “they can’t do anything”. The property manager will come into apartments and make excuses for while things are falling apart. Tenant is always blamed and maintenance is never blamed for their half a** job.
Save your money and move somewhere you are treated as a customer and Not a child living in there parents. Property manager is a bully and nasty she rang my doorbell x2 at 8:45 in the morning to demand move toys from in front of my apartment and her boss thought that was appropriate. They get mad when you make maintenance request and try to blame the problems and you. Not worth the money move elsewhere!!! I sure will be
The office staff speak to you like you’re a child. The maintenance staff are a bunch of incompetent idiots. They actually plowed my car in with three feet of snow, blamed me for not moving my car, and refused to help me. I was told that I was supposed to have a shovel. Do not rent from these people.
