They finally got rid of the unsightly mountain of dirt, and it’s going to be amazing when the grass grows in. Otherwise, nice lake, swimming, beach, dog run, and exercise friendly with trails and exercise points. Picnic areas, playgrounds, and other amenities. Basketball court could use a half court for the littles, and unlocking the pickleball courts during the day would be nice, but overall an awesome place to grow up.
A nice hike largely shaded once you get down to the lake. Not crowded at all. Nice views of fish, monarchs, birds, and really tall trees.
Great place to take long walk. Lake has swimming and lifeguard in summer. I think for residents. Now has an enclosure for dog park. New basketball courts. Soccer fields. Teen recreation center.
Lakeside Park is a beautiful park that has several amenities. You can go swimming, boating, or kayaking in the lake. There are a group of lifeguards who constantly rotate. There are also trails and two playgrounds that are great for kids.
