I’ve only lived here less then a year my neighbors are truly helpful and nice. Although I moved from another property which was nice but I wanted a bit of an upgrade. Colleen and Babette are the managers, Colleen is exceptionally nice, informative and always professional. Thanks Colleen.
I have been living at Maybrook Apartments for quite some time now and Colleen the apartment manager is a very friendly, caring person. Colleen is very professional, she always answers my calls or gets back to me as soon as possible. Jay the Maintenance man also is very friendly and takes care of any problems as soon as he can.
I am going on my fifth year living in maybrook village apartments I am Very happy with my experiences that I have had here Jay in maintenance is great the times I needed assistance Jay has always answered and been there within 30 minutes to handle the problem with completely professional manner he us great to deal with and I’m so happy he’s on the team here at maybrook village.Colleen is great o deal with she and Jay work together to make our small development feel like home ,they work hard to keep the property looking great winter and summer .Thumbs up to Jay and Colleen ,Thank You For All Your hard work . I have lived here for over 20 years. I was single at the time and have gotten married and raised 2children. Everyone here is very friendly. 4 years ago when my wife of 17 years passed away, Vicki who was the property manager at the time went door to door to get neighbors together to hold a candlelight vigil for my wife. About 30-40 people showed up for the vigil outside my front door. They are very responsive whenever I have had to call about maintenance. Our current maintenance person Jay is very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about any service that may be needed.
Have been here for over 3 years. It has it’s pros and cons as any place does. However, the property manager, Colleen has always been helpful to us and is understanding. We are appreciative of the good communication.
