Encompassing over 100 acres, this unique off-leash dog area features miles of scenic, well-maintained trails, open spaces for exercise, and direct access to Cherry Creek itself, where dogs can splash and swim to cool off. Cherry Creek DOLA goes beyond standard dog parks with amenities like an agility course, poop bag stations, and river access. Owners appreciate the park’s clean environment, wheelchair accessibility, and ample space for high-energy dogs. Remember to bring your own bags, keep an eye on your dog, and consider investing in an annual pass for easy access.
Our favorite place to bring our dog! He absolutely loves it. It has everything you could possibly want: lots of trail options (can do a 3 mile loop), dog agility course, water access and some nice Mountain Views on clear days.
This is the best dog friendly walking trail!! Off leash dog area is huge with plenty of poop bag stations and so much open space for dogs! There is a good sized creek where dogs can also run and swim. This is the better than any “dog park” encourages exercise and plenty of space for curious dogs! I recommend investing in an annual pass! Worth it
Very spacious off leash dog park! Well maintained trails and clean. The river/water is wonderful for your pup to play in the water and cool down. Loved this dog park and will definitely be back!
We go here every day we can. I have a high energy dog and the 100 acres there with Cherry Creek running through it is just the thing for her. Most of the people and their pups are wonderful.
My favorite dog park ❤️ Around a mile lap with a optional river/ creek for the doggos to cool down. Always watch your dogs because sometimes other people and their dogs don’t have manners and are a little aggressive. Bring bags to clean up after your dog! They also updated the center of the dog park and now dogs can run everywhere in this park without super tall weeds and stickers. Cost NULL without a pass, NULL to park in their parking lot and & NULL for the dog. We usually just park at Walmart and walk over.
