If you’ve ever thought, “Wow, I wish my kids could enjoy a playground with the soothing soundtrack of street traffic, grown men day-drinking, and the faint aroma of marijuana,” this is the place for you. Bonus points for the roaming off-leash dogs—pit bulls, of course, because what else would you expect in this neighborhood? No shade, trash everywhere… truly another Arlington treasure.
Well maintained equipment. Could use some benches on the shady side of playground. Creepy older guy with no children sitting under the covered picnic area. No parking area.
Nice little neighborhood park. Easy to get to but parking is limited. Seems to have been updated with newer play area and benches. Nice Pavillion for birthday parties or a family gathering. Plenty of area to sit while your kids play. Park was clean and well kept.
New play equipment is a big hit with my 3 yr. Old granddaughter. I would suggest putting a gate with high latches on the Cesery Blvd entrance to prevent young ones from walking into the traffic.
The park is nice since it has been fixed. The bums however think they live there. We took our grand daughter there today and a drink guy was sleeping on the table, beer cans setting around. I sure don’t want to let them go up there without me with them!!!!!
