Beautiful area for a picnic with the family. Nice kayak boat launch with an area to watch the people go by. Very well maintained.
Stopped here to stretch my legs. It was a crisp chilly day with a slight drizzle. It was quiet and serene. Nice quiet spot in mid March. Beautiful mountains all around and a good place to rest for a bit before continuing on my travels. Bathrooms were winterized so don’t expect them until summer months.
WARNING: RESTROOMS ARE CLOSED.
