Discover Ridgewood View Park, a convenient and welcoming outdoor space located in west Portland, Oregon. This neighborhood park offers pet owners a lush, open area perfect for dog walks and play time. While Ridgewood View Park does not have a designated dog park section, it’s a popular spot among locals for enjoying dog-friendly activities in a relaxed environment.
This park’s natural trails and spacious greens make it ideal for exploring pet-friendly paths and socializing with fellow dog lovers. Bring your furry friend on-leash to soak in the Pacific Northwest air and connect with the friendly community atmosphere Portland is known for.
Wonderful park with lots of shade and a big field for throwing baseballs or frisbees. A covered area with picnic tables too!
Visited Ridgewood View Park for a friend’s birthday party and loved the clever layout. The shaded loop trail, playground, and open lawn kept the kids busy. Two fully fenced tennis and pickleball courts sit safely on top of the eight million gallon water reservoir, so you get a nice view while you play. Even though Highway 217 is close, the park still feels calm. The only drawback is parking: just a few marked spots and limited street parking, so carpool or walk if you can.
Cute little hidden park! Clean port a potty available right next to the parking lot and playground. Walking trail and tennis courts. Turf ground and two baby swings next to each other! Nice spot for babies who aren’t walking yet.
What a beautiful park!
The playground has some really cool elements and the grass and walkway provided lots of toddler-entertainment, including the stairs to the tennis courts, which are so cool!
The view from the tennis court is really fun! There is also a ramp up for better accessibility. It’s worth going up even if you don’t intend to play. You can see lots of Beaverton!
We appreciated the parking lot and the shade from the huge trees!
Nice small neighborhood park with a little bit of everything. Note that there are no toilets. Nice gravel path through the trees with easy hill rises and a few stairs. Good paved path around the playground. Nestled next to the freeway, the park has continuous moderate road noise which is tolerable.
