Pleasant riverside park that begins south of the Milwaukie Boat Launch on one end. Go north past the boat ramp, and you hit Milwaukie Bay Park and the Trolley Trail path. Milwaukie’s main downtown area is right across the street.
At Kellogg Park, there’s a paved path winding through grassy areas with picnic tables and benches to admire the lovely views of the river; a residential neighborhood borders the south end.
Walk a couple blocks through this hood and you’ll end up at Elk Rock Island
It’s small, but on a sunny day, pretty sweet.
