Located at 130 Hibernia Way, Wynnefield Park is conveniently situated within walking distance for many Freehold residents. This local park offers open green spaces, playgrounds, sports courts, and scenic pathways ideal for enjoying the outdoors with your dog. While it is primarily known as a community park, its pet-friendly environment makes it a popular destination for dog owners looking to stroll or relax in a natural setting.
Though Wynnefield Park does not have a dedicated fenced dog park, it provides open fields and paved paths perfect for leashed walks and playtime with your furry companion. The park boasts multiple playgrounds for children, fields for recreational activities, and areas of shade for resting. Community events and block parties are often held here, enhancing the friendly neighborhood vibe. Please help keep the park clean by picking up after your pet, as some visitors have noted this is an ongoing concern.
Just an ordinary park nice kids and they throw block party’s there but overall nothing special.
Nice park
It’s nice because it is within walking distance of my house. My major complaint is that one of the slides has been broken for months.
Edit: looks like the slide got fixed!
Nice little park, but people don’t clean after their pets.
Nice park but no one picks up after their dogs. The grass is a minefield of dog logs big and small, soft and hard. Someone is always doing surgery on his or her shoe with a twig and grass. Have some respect!
