Great place for off leash adventures, train, and socialize your dog. Big and fenced. You can use the trail that follows the fence in a big loop, or you can go between the trees in the middle.
This park is for dogs. Humans are also welcome, with or without a dog…this park, is pawesome!! (🤭) It has everything you want, The park includes sticks, leaves, branches, dirt, mud (weather dependent) lakes, trails, signs for stuff, two sick playgrounds, one is for younger kids, but usually has all the older kids on it. A few Manual swings, slides and climbing stuff outside metal benches that are covered above by wood, men/women restrooms, with top quality toilets made with some kind of metal ( seats with be very cold in winter) unbelievable open space, I’m not good with judging distances, but If I had to guess, I’d say, like 123 football fields give or take, if your really into “outside stuff” your dog will love this place! And also you. Be safe watch for poison sh×t and thorn bushes (mostly off trail). And last but not least, in some places watch where you plant your feet. Take caution to where you step, Some people refuse to remove the steaming pile of poop their dog left…

What a lovely place to bring your dog to run around, socialize, and have some off-leash fun! Our 9-month-old puppy had a playdate meet at the fenced area, and she had a great time exploring the nature.
Easy to find parking and a short walk to the fenced dog park. Would certainly bring her back for hiking next time.
Great fenced in area for you and your dogs to roam safely. Trails all around this park also great 1/2 mile asphalt walk way. Not fenced in tho. Great for a nighttime stroll. There are bathrooms at this location as well.
Having just moved to Philly, I was on the hunt for a great place to take my dog to cool off during the super hot days, and discovering Timber Creek Dog Park was heaven sent. This place has quickly become my go-to spot. It’s a fantastic workout for both pawrents and their fur babies!
My dog, Blumi, had the best time exploring the trail down to the water. It’s the perfect place for your dog to play and socialize with other dogs. Blumi had never gone swimming before (I know, I know), but I’ve been really wanting to get him more comfortable with the water, and this was the perfect opportunity. The dogs were having an absolute blast, and the other pawrents were actively watching their pets, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t experience any aggressive dogs, which is something I’m always very cautious about due to trust issues, but I had a very pleasant experience here.
To get the most out of your visit, I recommend bringing a backpack with all essentials for both you and your dog. Being prepared will ensure you and your pup have a fantastic time. Enjoy your visit to Timber Creek Dog Park – it’s a gem for both dogs and their owners!
